In this short lesson you will learn a variation on the flam accent that switches the single stroke eighth note triplet movement to a double stroke triplet. This is a very difficult movement as you are playing blocks of two within a three note rhythm whilst placing flams on all quarter note counts. The combination of multiple rhythms can create some really interesting patterns. The two versions below show this with standard and reverse sticking.
Once you are comfortable with the base movement try adding in feet and orchestrating.
