In this lesson you will be learning a variation on the flam tap that involves switching the base eighth or sixteenth note rhythm to eighth note triplets. Within that rhythm you will then add flams on every second note. As the rudiment is based on a three note grouping, these flams don't fall in line with the note groupings and end up creating a quarter note triplet feel within the eighth notes.
