Hand Foot Co Ordination Using Offbeat Eighth Feet

Make sure you've ran through our Level 1 Hand - Foot Co Ordination Exercise before starting this lesson.

In this version of the exercise you are going to play similar patterns, only this time feet will only appear on the off beat eighth notes. These exercises also make a great foot pattern for all rudiments. Learn the exercises as a single stroke roll first then apply stickings from the Double Stroke Roll, Paradiddle, Double Paradiddle, Single Stroke 4 and any other rudiments you may think of.
