Through this page you will be learning some more feet ostinati underneath a double stroke triplet, this time these willl be built based on quarter note triplets. This is a slightly unusual rhythm but fits nicely underneath the double stroke sticking. It is important to make play the parts through slowly at first making sure each foot lines up with the appropriate hand.
