This lessons follows on from our Double Stroke Triplet Sticking lesson, it will be much easier to follow if you are familiar with the content from that lesson.
In this double stroke triplet orchestration concept you will be playing various groupings around the kit with notes falling on cymbals. The movements will be quite similar to other orchestrations for this rudiment, just with a slightly different voicing.
Remember, you hands will always be playing a double stroke triplet in all exercises of this series. I have included feet in all exercises, it may be worth removing them whilst you are learning the orchestration then adding them back in later. Experiment with using different feet patterns from our previous lessons. In some cases the feet fall inline with a cymbal deliberately.
